A great was had by all at the East Budleigh Village Hall quiz, everybody enjoyed the ploughman's lunch.
Well done to Richard Bell and Mike Pulley for organising the event.

Great to see so many people enjoyed the community lunch at the hall on Sunday, good to see some new faces as well this year, just shows how popular the day has become.

 A great night was had by all the community when Fred's House played a gig at the hall.
We held our first wedding reception of the year at the hall and a great day was had by all.
John Benjamin from Antiques Roadshow with Art Society Discovery Days organiser, Jan Sokell The Official Opening of Phase 1 of the village green development on Bank Holiday Monday, 28th August. There was an official opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for new playground equipment, the bandstand and the new entrance. There are plaques on the last two items honouring the sponsors - The Exeter Chiefs. This was followed by a tea and cakes which was well attended. Public meeting showing plans for the playground and hall improvements. A lasagne luncheon for the village - it raised around £1,000! |
